Cyfarchiad y Pennaeth – Headteacher’s Welcome

Pleser o’r mwyaf yw i mi eich cyfarch fel pennaeth Ysgol Pentrecelyn. Croeso cynnes i wefan yr ysgol, a mawr obeithir y gwelwch ei chynnwys yn ddefnyddiol. Ysgol gynradd benodedig Gymraeg yw Ysgol Pentrecelyn. O’r fesen fach honno, tyfodd derwen fawr a chadarn a sicrhaodd bod Ysgol Pentrecelyn y llwyddiant di-gamsyniol yw hi erbyn heddiw. Rydym yn hynod o falch o’r gymdeithas hapus a chlos a geir yma yn Ysgol Pentrecelyn, lle mae pawb, yn ddisgyblion, staff ac ymwelwyr yn teimlo’n gyfforddus yn yr awyrgylch groesawgar gaiff ei chreu yma.
Ein nod yma yn Ysgol Pentrecelyn, fel y noda ein Datganiad o Fwriad yw “Cyrraedd y safonau uchaf posibl, mewn ysgol weithgar, ofalgar, hapus a Chymreig, lle y dangosir parch at ddisgyblion a phobl, gan roi cyfle teg iddynt ddatblygu i’w llawn potensial”.

It gives me great pleasure to greet you, as the headteacher of Ysgol Pentrecelyn. A warm welcome to the school’s website, and it is hoped that you will find its content useful. Ysgol Pentrecelyn is a designated Welsh medium school, which is situated on the outskirts of the town of Rhuthun. It is from that little acorn that a strong oak tree has grown which has ensured that Ysgol Pentrecelyn is the undeniable success that it is today.We are very proud of the happy and close knit community created here at Ysgol Pentrecelyn, where everyone, pupils, staff and visitors all feel comfortable in the welcoming environment created here. Our aim here at Ysgol Pentrecelyn, as our Mission Statement states, is to “Attain the highest possible standards in a hard-working, caring, happy and Welsh school, where respect is shown to children and adults, giving everyone a fair chance to develop to their full potential”.
