Brechlyn ffliw y GIG – Derbyn i Blwyddyn 6 / NHS Flu vaccine – Reception to Year 6

Rydym wedi cael cais gan Fwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Betsi Cadwaladr i rannu’r neges ganlynol gyda rhieni:

Bydd tîm brechu yn ymweld â’r ysgol ar 5 Tachwedd 2026 i gynnig brechlyn ffliw y GIG. Cofiwch lenwi’r ffurflen ganiatâd erbyn
29 Hydref 2026 fan bellaf.

Mae’r GIG yn argymell bod plant oed ysgol yn cael brechlyn ffliw bob blwyddyn er mwyn helpu i’w hamddiffyn rhag salwch a all fod yn ddifrifol.
Profodd mwy na 200 o blant yn bositif am y ffliw mewn ysbytai yng Ngogledd Cymru y gaeaf diwethaf.

We have been asked to share this message with parents by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board
A vaccination team will visit the school to offer an NHS flu vaccine on November 5th  2026.  Please complete consents forms no later than October  29th 2026.
The NHS recommends that school-age children have a flu vaccine every year to help to protect them against potentially serious illness.
More than 200 children tested positive for flu at hospitals in North Wales last winter.
