Diweddariad ar y tywydd ac agor yr Ysgol / Update on the weather and opening of the school

P’nawn da bawb,

Mae pethau’n dechrau dadmer yma yn Ysgol Pentrecelyn. Rydyn ni’n bwriadu agor yr ysgol yfory fel arfer, ond cofiwch fod yn ofalus wrth ddod i mewn i’r maes parcio o flaen yr ysgol ac i’r iard, gan fod cryn dipyn o eira dal yno ar hyn o bryd.

Bydd unrhyw benderfyniad ynghylch cau’r ysgol oherwydd bod y safle’n anniogel yn cael ei wneud ddim hwyrach na 7:30yb yfory, yn dilyn asesiad risg bryd hynny. Gofynnwn i chi gadw llygad ar Ap yr Ysgol ac ar wefan Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (dolen isod).

Good afternoon everyone, 

Things are beginning to thaw out here at Ysgol Pentrecelyn.  We aim to open the school tomorrow as usual, however please be mindful when entering the parking area in front of the school and the school yard as there is still at present a considerable amount of snow there.

Any decision regarding the school being closed due to the site being unsafe will be made by no later than 7:30am tomorrow following a risk assessment at that time.  Please can you keep an eye on the School App and also the Denbighshire County Council website (link below).

If you are travelling to school by taxi please can you liaise with your taxi  company to ensure that they feel it is safe to run the route.
