Gyda thristwch mawr yr ydym yn rhannu’r newyddion am farwolaeth Eleri (Hughes) Wood – “Anti Leri, Ty Coch”, cyn‑ddisgybl, ffrind, a chefnogwraig brwdfrydig ein hysgol.
Bu farw Eleri yn sydyn ar ôl brwydr hir a dewr gyda salwch. Roedd hi’n parhau’n rhan annwyl o’n cymuned ysgol drwy gydol ei bywyd, ac roedd ei charedigrwydd, ei chynhesrwydd a’i chefnogaeth ddiflino yn cyffwrdd â chalon pawb a oedd yn ffodus i’w hadnabod.
Rydym yn gwybod y bydd y newyddion hyn yn sioc i lawer, ac mae ein meddyliau gyda’i theulu a’i ffrindiau ar yr adeg anodd hon. Fel ysgol, byddwn yn cymryd amser i gofio Eleri ac i anrhydeddu’r dylanwad cadarnhaol a gafodd ar ein cymuned.
It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of Eleri (Hughes) Wood – “Anti Leri, Ty Coch”, a former pupil, friend, and longstanding supporter of our school.
Eleri passed away suddenly following a long and courageous battle with illness. She remained a cherished part of our school community throughout her life, and her kindness, warmth, and unwavering support touched so many of us that were fortunate to have known her.
We know that this news will come as a shock, and our thoughts are with her family and friends at this very difficult time. As a school, we will take time to remember Eleri and honour the positive impact she had on our community.
