My name is Luisa and I work on environmental projects for Denbighshire Housing. I have recently been working closely with SCDP on the creation of a new community garden at Pengwern Hwb.
I would like to invite you to the grand opening on Tuesday the 14th of July between 3pm-5pm. If you can attend for all or just part of the event, it would be lovely to have you there. The event will also be promoting the new Tuesday provision at the Hwb organised by SCDP.
There is also a lot of scope for this site to be used by local organisations, and we are aiming for it to become a community resource for all to use. The site is unique as it directly links with the Hwb which has an indoor space, kitchen and toilet facilities. If you would like to discuss getting involved, please get in touch. The garden is open 24/7 all week and people are free to pop in when ever they want.
We are also currently running bi weekly sessions for the summer (Tuesdays 3pm-5pm). If you have anyone who may be interested let me know and I can share details. I am also able to deliver one off sessions for groups.
