Presenoldeb a Phrydlondeb

Byddaf yn ysgrifennu atoch yn fuan ynglŷn â’n targedau ar gyfer presenoldeb a phrydlondeb eleni. Fel y gwyddoch, mae presenoldeb a phrydlondeb yn flaenoriaeth uchel i Gyngor Sir Ddinbych a Llywodraeth Cymru. 

Yn y cyfamser, gwnewch yn siŵr eich bod yn gadael neges ar beiriant ateb pwrpasol yr ysgol os yw’ch plentyn i ffwrdd am ba bynnag reswm, bydd methu â gwneud hyn yn arwain at gofnodi eu habsenoldeb fel un heb awdurdod. 

Bydd unrhyw blant sy’n cyrraedd yn hwyr ar ôl i’r gofrestru ddechrau yn cael eu cofnodi fel rhai hwyr cyn i’r gofrestr gau ac am 9:10 byddant yn cael eu cofnodi fel rhai hwyr ar ôl i’r gofrestr gau. Mae’r amser hwn yn bwysig iawn gan fod arferion a sgiliau sylfaenol yn cael eu hatgyfnerthu.

Attendance and Punctuality

I will be writing to you soon in regards to our targets for attendance and punctuality this year. As you are aware attendance and punctuality is a high priority of Denbighshire County Council and Welsh Government. 

In the meantime please ensure you leave a message on the school dedicated answer facility should your child be off for whatever reason, failure to do this will result in their absence being recorded as unauthorised.  Any children who arrive late after registration has commenced will be recorded as late before the register closes and at 9:10 will be recorded as late after the register closes. This time is very important as routines and basic skills are reinforced
