We would like to invite your staff, pupils and their families to join us at our annual Spooktacular Family Fun Day on Saturday 1st November 2025, from 11am – 2pm. Heldat Clwyd Special Riding Centre, it’s packed with spooky fun for the whole family.

There are fun activities – all included in your entry price – for all age groups, from:
- A Halloween themed scavenger hunt around the all-weather track.
- A spooky indoor activity trail.
- Creative arts & crafts activities – decorate a cookie.
- Meet our wonderful horses and ponies.
- Visit our guest owls and skunk.
- Come in your Halloween fancy dress!
Delicious snacks and refreshments available to purchase.
It’s the perfect way to enjoy value-for-money family time this next half-term. Bring your friends and family along, the more the merrier.
ENTRY – PAY ON THE DAY: (Price includes art & craft activities. Refreshments cost extra):
£4 per adult.
£2 per child.
£10 family ticket (2 adults & 2 children).
Cash preferred. Card payment available.
LOCATION: Held at Clwyd Special Riding Centre, Llanfynydd, Flintshire, LL11 5HN. What3Words: tutored.stolen.also.
WEATHER: Our outside all-weather track around the fields has a chipped rubber surface, so even after rain, it does not get muddy. Sturdy footwear or wellies recommended.
PRAMS: Only prams suited to rough terrain and some brief inclines, would be suitable for our outside track which has a surface of chipped rubber. However, the whole of the Centre is designed to be fully accessible with plenty of wheel-friendly indoor space. Our indoor arena has a firm sand surface.
DOGS: We have a no dog policy at this event, with the exception of assistance dogs.
FREE PARKING: Plenty of onsite parking at the Centre.
