Dear Head Teachers
In order to be able to collate the numbers of parents who are key workers and might require childcare we have created a simple on line questionnaire. Please circulate this link through your usual channels today so that we can identify key workers who require childcare and set up appropriate settings. I am aware that you have already sent lists of key workers, this electronic list will aid us in collating all the information based on individual needs.
Please share the link with your all your parents so that key workers can complete it.
