Annwyl Rieni
O ystyried y sefyllfa yng Nghymru o ran Coronafeiriws rydym wedi penderfynu cymryd y camau canlynol:
- Lleihau’r nifer o ymwelwyr i’r ysgol nad ydynt yn angenrheidiol, e.e. Clwb Cymunedol, Cylch Ti a Fi a gwirfoddolwyr.
- Canslo’r Clwb Canu a gwersi offerynnol.
- Gweler y neges isod gan yr Urdd:
Oherwydd y sefyllfa bresennol yng Nghymru o ran Coronafeirws, mae Urdd Gobaith Cymru yn cymryd y camau canlynol er mwyn iechyd a lles aelodau, staff a gwirfoddolwyr.
Bydd yr Urdd yn:
- Canslo holl Eisteddfodau lleol a rhanbarthol
- Gohirio Eisteddfod yr Urdd Sir Ddinbych tan 2021
- Canslo pob cystadleuaeth chwaraeon cenedlaethol
- Canslo pob gweithgaredd cymunedol nes bydd rhybudd pellach
Bydd Eisteddfod yr Urdd nawr yn cael ei chynnal yn Sir Ddinbych ym mis Mai 2021 ac mae’r Urdd yn trafod yn barhaus gyda’i bartneriaid darlledu, S4C a BBC Radio Cymru, o ran opsiynau i ddathlu doniau’r aelodau ar blatfform gwahanol yn 2020.
- Pe byddai rhaid i’ch plentyn aros adre am gyfnod rydym yn awyddus iddynt barhau i ymarfer sgiliau digidol a rhif. Felly, rydym yn gyrru gwybodaeth mewngofnodi Hwb ac Easimaths adre efo’r plant heddiw.
Mewn cyfnod mor ansicr mae’n hanfodol eich bod yn gallu siarad gyda ni yma yn yr ysgol, felly cofiwch gysylltu os oes gennych unrhyw bryder.

Dear Parents
Considering the situation in Wales in regards to the Coronavirus we have decided to take the following steps:
- Reduce the number of non essential visitors to the school, e.g. Community Club, Cylch Ti a Fi and volunteers.
- Cancel Clwb Canu and instrumental lessons.
- See the note below from the Urdd:
Due to the current situation in Wales regarding the Coronavirus, Urdd Gobaith Cymru has made the following decisions for the health and wellbeing of its members, staff and volunteers.
The Urdd will:
– Cancel all local & regional Eisteddfodau
– Postpone the National Urdd Eisteddfod in Denbighshire until 2021
– Cancel all national sports competitions
– Cancel all community activities until further notice
The National Urdd Eisteddfod will now be held in Denbighshire in May 2021 and the Urdd is in continuous discussion with its broadcasting partners, S4C and BBC Radio Cymru, regarding the options around celebrating Urdd members’ talents on a different platform in 2020.
- If your child has to stay at home for any period of time we are keen that they continue to practice their digital and number skills. Therefore, we are sending their Hwb and Easimaths details home with them today.
During this very uncertain time, it is vital that you feel you can talk to us here in school, therefore remember to contact us if you have any concerns.
