– cwblhau’r ffurflen sydd wedi’i hatodi i’r ebost yma a’i hanfon i’r cyfeiriad ar ben y ffurflen
– cysylltu efo’r Adran Derbyniadau Ysgol yn Neuadd y Sir Rhuthun (01824 706100)
Os gwyddoch am rywun sydd ddim eto’n riant yn Ysgol Pentrecelyn a sydd â phlentyn yn yr oedran yma, gofynnwn ichi basio’r neges yma ymlaen iddyn nhw os gwelwch yn dda.

Children starting in a Nursery Class September 2020 – If you have a child born between 1/9/16-31/8/17 you should make an application for a place in a Nursery Class by Friday, 21 February, 2020. You can either:
– make an on-line application on Denbighshire County Council’s website
https://www.denbighshire.gov.uk/en/resident/education/school-admissions/nursery-places.aspx
– complete the attached form and send it to the address at the top of the form
– contact the Schools’ Admissions Department in County Hall, Ruthin (01824 706100)
If you know of someone who isn’t yet a parent at Ysgol Pentrecelyn who has a child in this age group, please forward this information to them.
