I would appreciate if you could encourage your child to complete this challenge in Welsh or English over half -term. It would be great to receive the post cards on Monday, November 7th so that we could also compete in the competition.

Mae’n 2050 ac rydych yn anfon cerdyn post yn ôl i 2022. Rydym eisiau i chi ddychmygu beth fyddech yn ei ddweud wrth eich hun yn iau neu wrth berthynas iddynt gymryd camau nawr a newid eu hymddygiad er budd ein hamgylchedd.
Ysgrifennwch eich neges cerdyn post a tynnwch lun o 2050 wrth i chi ei ddychmygu. Gallwch wneud hyn ar gyfrifiadur neu â llaw a defnyddio ein templed os byddwch angen.

Wrth ysgrifennu eich neges a thynnu llun ar gyfer y gystadleuaeth hon, meddyliwch am:
- beth sydd wedi cael ei wneud dros y blynyddoedd hyd at 2050 i helpu’r amgylchedd a lleihau newid hinsawdd?
- sut mae technoleg newydd wedi gwneud bywyd yn haws i bobl sy’n byw yn 2050 ac yn dal yn gyfeillgar i’r amgylchedd?
- pa anifeiliaid sydd wedi goroesi a sut maent yn byw?
- sut mae’r tywydd yn 2050?
How to enter
Imagine you can send a message back through time to create a better future…
It is 2050 and you are sending a postcard back to 2022. We want you to imagine what you would say to your younger self or a relative for them to take action now and change their behaviour for the good of our environment.
Write your postcard message and draw a picture of 2050 as you imagine it. You can do this on a computer or by hand and use our template if needed.
Tips
When writing your message and drawing your picture for this competition, think about:
- what has been done over the years up to 2050 to help the environment and reduce climate change?
- how has new technology made life easier for people living in 2050 and has still been kind to the environment?
- what animals have survived and how do they live?
- what is the weather like in 2050?
