Eisteddfod Rhanbarth Cynradd Dinbych – 16/03

Bore da,

Gobeithio eich bod chi’n cadw’n dda.

Diolch i chi gyd am Eisteddfodau Cylch llwyddiannus unwaith eto eleni. Llongyfarchiadau i bawb a gymerodd rhan, a phob hwyl i’r buddugwyr ar y 16eg ym Mhafiliwn Llangollen.

Mae dal ychydig o feirniadaethau ar ol I’w cyrraedd, felly byddaf yn anfon rhain allan heddiw.

Dyma ychydig o fanylion yr Eisteddfod yn y Pafiliwn ar y 16eg.

Amserlen

Dwi wedi atodi rhestr cystadlaethau gydag amcan amseroedd i chi ar fan hyn. Nodwch mae amcanion yw’r amseroedd yma ac fe allent newid wrth i’r dydd fynd yn ei flaen. Cofiwch fod y 1af a’r 2il o bob cystadleuaeth yn parhau i’r Eisteddfod Rhanbarth.

Stiwardio Drysau

Dwi hefyd wedi atodi amserlen stiwardio i chi ar fan hyn. Os oes aelodau o staff gennych chi fydd yn rhydd ar yr adegau yma i stiwardio’r drysau, byddaf yn gwerthfawrogi’n arw os gwelwch chi’n dda. Diolch i’r athrawon sydd eisoes wedi cytuno i wneud slotiau ar y drysau.

Lluniaeth

Mi fydd Pafiliwn Llangollen yn darparu Lluniaeth ar y dydd, felly mae croeso i chi fynd draw i’r caffi fydd ar y chwith wrth i chi ddod fewn i’r adeilad.

Tal Mynediad

Mi fydd tal mynediad i oedolion i’r Eisteddfod Rhanbarth yn £5, ac fe fydd rhieni plant sy’n derbyn cinio Ysgol am ddim yn gallu defnyddio eu tocynnau mynediad maent wedi eu derbyn trwy ebost. Yn unol a’r cylchoedd, does dim rhaid i rieni/hyfforddwyr dalu, ac felly mae croeso i chi wisgo eich ‘lanyards’/’fobs’ Ysgol i ddangos ar y drws.

Parcio

Mae mannau parcio ar ochr y ffordd ar y chwith wrth i chi ddod fewn i’r safle. Mae croeso i chi ddefnyddio’r mannau yma, ond mae’r mannau’n gyfyngedig.

Rhaglen Eisteddfod Ddawns

Mae Rhaglen yr Eisteddfod Ddawns wythnos nesaf ar fin cael ei gadarnhau – byddaf yn anfon hwn allan yn fuan iawn, ymddiheuriadau am yr oedi.

Os oes unrhyw gwestiynau ynglyn a’r Eisteddfod ar y 16eg, mae croeso i chi adael imi wybod.

I hope you are keeping well.

Thank you all for successful Area Eisteddfodau once again this year. Congratulations to everyone who took part, and good luck to the winners on the 16th in Llangollen Pavilion.

There are still a few adjudications to be sent out, so I’ll be sending these out through the post today.

Here are a few details for the Eisteddfod in the Pavilion on the 16th.

Timetable

I have attached a list of competitions with estimated times for you here. Please note that these times are estimates and may change as the day progresses. Remember that the 1^st and 2^nd placed in every competition progresses to the County Eisteddfod.

Stewarding Doors

I have also attached a stewarding schedule for you here. If you have members of staff who will be free at these times to steward the doors, I would greatly appreciate it if you please. Thanks to the teachers who have already agreed to staff slots on the doors.

Entry Fee

The entry fee for adults to the County Eisteddfod will be £5, and parents of children who receive free school meals will be able to use their entry tickets which they have received by email. Similarly to the Area Eisteddfodau, parents/instructors do not have to pay, and therefore you are welcome to wear your School lanyards/fobs to show at the door.

Refreshments

Llangollen Pavilion will be providing refreshments on the day, so you are welcome to head over to the cafe which will be on the left as you enter the building.

Parking

There are parking spaces on the side of the road on the left as you enter the pavilion site. You are welcome to use these spaces, but spaces are limited.

Dance Eisteddfod Programme

The Dance Eisteddfod Programme for next week is in the middle of being finalised – I will send this out very soon, apologies for the delay.
